For more than 45 years, Apicom has supplied test solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of products for companies within the transportation sector.
Apicom SpA is a company of Group GMB Invest / ICM completely dedicated to testing for the transportation industry.
Apicom provides test benches and test cells for motorcycle, car, truck, engine, transmission, gear box manufactures and offers a complete range of product and services including eddy current dyno, AC dynos, chassis dynos, test bed automation for all testing applications.
Our systems are able to test all types of fuel combustion engines, hybrid or full electric powertrain systems and all type of complete vehicles. Our capabilities include design, construction, supply, integration, installation, commissioning and maintenance of single bench, complete test cell or turn-key supply of test department.
Our History
FOUNDATION
In 1978 the first Company was founded in Desio for electronic equipment production.
INDIA ACTIVITY
In 2002 Apicom India starts in Delhi.
CHINA ACTIVITY
In 2005 starts Apicom China in Beijng and then the office in Chongqing.
INDIA ACTIVITY
In 2008 starts Apicom Automation in Bangalore.
GMB INVEST ICM
GMB Invest ICM became the main shareholder.
UK - DSG
In 2016 Apicom became the main shareholder of Dynamometer Services Group Ltd, UK Company
CHINA – APICOM TESTING EQUIPMENT CHONGQING
In 2017 foundation of new China Company
GERMANY - BETA Dyn
In 2018 Apicom became the main shareholder of BETA Dyn, based in Mannheim, Germany.
Rebrand to Apicom Group
In 2021 Apicom rebrands to Apicom Group and brings all companies under one brand.
Our Company Core
Following the acquisition of Dynamometer Services Group Ltd in 2016 and BETADyn in 2017, the group has reached an important milestone where the next steps forward are together as one Group, known as “Apicom Group”.
